SHOPPING GUIDELINES

1. Browse through products: Click on each item for more information.
   
   
2. Register to buy: In order to make online purchases on this site, you need to register on our system. You can choose your own username and password. Registration will allow you to enter the secure section of the site, add items to your cart, and pay for your purchases. Click here to register.
   
   
3. Select items: Select the item(s) you would like to purchase.
   
   
4. Payment options: You have three payment options:
   • Pay online payment with your MasterCard or Visa credit card through a secure system provided by Safeshop/MWeb Business;
   • Pay with an Absa debit card at our offices; or
   • Do an electronic transfer by downloading the relevant product order form with our bank details and by providing us with proof of payment (see contact details below) in order to finalise the purchase.
   
   
   
5. Paying for your purchases:
   • Online payments: Select the item(s) you would like to purchase. All selected items will go to your electronic shopping cart. Once you have made your final selection, continue to the checkout and secure payment point.
   • Debit card payments or internet transfers: If you prefer to pay with a debit card or via internet banking, simply download the order form next to each item. Our banking details appear on this form. Kindly fax or e-mail proof of payment through to BE at UP.
   
   
   
6.  Receipt of products:
   • Electronic publications: Electronic publications will be sent via e-mail once payment has been confirmed. Electronic publications can also be downloaded from the BE at UP website. You will receive a second password via our system to access the download section.
   • Printed publications: Printed publications, books and other tangible items will be sent to you via registered mail within 14 days after receipt of order/payment.
